Mental Skills Training Course (Level 1)


In this course, we will go over the 5 Basic Fundamentals of Sport Psychology. They include: 

  • Relaxation Techniques
  • Goal Setting
  • Self-Talk
  • Confidence
  • Visualization
  • Concentration/Focus (Bonus)
At the end of this course, I will arrange to speak to you in a 1 on 1 consultation via Skype and discuss any personal topic you may have involving your own performance enhancement (or someone else's). Classes will be emailed to you at your pace via private YouTube format.
